Legionairre Drills

Post by AeiruneMaldvey on Wed Dec 30, 2015 10:26 pm

Since there seems to be some emphasis on the army getting into marching order and doing marches, I was wondering if we shouldn't organize some time for those who are in the army to get together and go through some drills. That way we can all understand the orders commanders want to give and how we should be responding to them.

Might be good to have a forum topic giving the etiquette for the Empire and how certain positions should be addressed (for example, is the Emperor "Your Grace", "Your Majesty", "Your Imperial Majesty"...or, since he is uncrowned "Your Imperial Highness").

Absolutely agree with you and there is something in the works in relation to the practicing and drilling. Should be good fun.

Feel free to make a thread with some key terms the troops should know and use. Sounds like you have a pretty good idea already.

I was in the Navy, so not nearly as much drilling in that branch as the Army or Marines, but I can put together some of the basic concepts we can try to use for formations and tweak as needed.
